A rich tarka of onions, tomatoes, garlic, and aromatic spices like cumin, turmeric, and red chilies infuses it with warmth and depth. A final drizzle of ghee or butter with fresh coriander and green chilies enhances its aroma. Served with roti or rice, it’s a comforting and hearty meal.
