Shahi Tukray is a royal Pakistani dessert made with deep-fried bread slices soaked in thick, sweetened milk. Flavored with aromatic cardamom, saffron, and rose water, it boasts a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The bread absorbs the rich rabri, becoming soft and decadent. Topped with almonds, pistachios, and a shimmering silver leaf (chandi warq), this regal dessert is a favorite for Eid and grand celebrations.
