Suji Ka Halwa is a classic Pakistani dessert made by roasting semolina (suji) in fragrant ghee until golden. Sweetened with sugar and enriched with milk or water, it carries the warm aroma of cardamom. The halwa has a soft, slightly grainy texture with a buttery sweetness. Garnished with crunchy almonds, pistachios, and coconut, it’s often paired with puri for a delightful breakfast or festive treat.
